At A-1 Cleaning Company Inc. we take employee training seriously — for employee safety and to ensure that the job is done right.
A-1 Cleaning employees are trained using our certification plan. There are several hours of general cleaning duties such as:
- dusting
- vacuuming
- dry and wet mopping
- bathrooms
- and other duties
Also, our employees are trained to use our equipment, as well as an understanding of WHMIS, MSDS sheets, and after-hours site management.
When the required number of training hours is achieved, our employees receive a certificate of completion from A-1 Cleaning.
